- The registration down payment paid to tripgo.id (CV. Elexart) is non-refundable (Down Payment Non-Refundable) with a payment of 50% of the total price.
Participants are willing to fulfill the complete document requirements according to the schedule and conditions from the embassy of the destination country. Visa fees must still be paid even if the visa is not approved or issued late by the embassy and is the fault of the embassy (not in accordance with the visa processing time from the embassy). Likewise if there are other costs such as hotel cancellations, plane / train tickets and also other tour costs (if any) that occur because of this.
- Registration without a deposit (Down Payment) is non-binding and can be canceled without prior notification to participants.
- Full payment of the tour fee should be made 30 days before the departure date.
- Registration made less than 30 days before the departure date must immediately make payment in full.
- Registrants who are over 70 years of age or have limited limb function/mental limitations must be accompanied by a family member, friend or relative who is physically and mentally healthy and can be responsible during the trip.
