• Cancellation & Amendment Policy:
• Cancellation for Park Tickets / Park Combos / Circus Tickets / Circus Combos: Can be cancelled free of charge 3 days prior to the visit date.
• Amendment for Park Tickets / Park Combos / Circus Tickets / Circus Combos: Non-amendable.
• Experiential & Educational Products (e.g., Whale Shark Night Tour, Junior Keeper programs): All sales are final once booked. No cancellations or amendments are permitted.
• Policy Interpretation: The interpretation of the above terms is based on the final explanation provided by the business personnel of Chimelong International Tourism Co., Ltd.
Additional Important Terms• Promotional Products: All promotional product bookings are non-refundable and non-amendable. If a promotional product is added to any order, the entire order becomes non-refundable and non-amendable.
• Validity & Usage:
• All tickets on an order must be used on the specified visit date. Unused tickets will expire and become void after the designated date.
• If you cannot complete your visit on the same day, please book for separate dates.
• For all circus-combo tickets: The ticket is valid for one person only to visit the selected theme park on the valid date and attend the pre-booked circus show (Circus show admission requires one ticket per person per seat. Children requiring a seat must purchase a separate ticket).
• Entry Method: After a successful booking, generate your QR code e-ticket online using the "Voucher Code" and the last 4 digits of the booking mobile number. Scan the QR code for park entry.

• Security Check: All guests must undergo a security check before entering any Chimelong theme park. It is strictly forbidden to bring controlled items, firearms, ammunition, flammable, explosive, or other dangerous materials into the park.
• Sales Policy Agreement: All product bookings require the selection of a sales policy agreement. Chimelong International Tourism Co., Ltd. bears no responsibility if an incorrect agreement is selected during booking.
• Pricing & Availability: Ticket prices and product availability are subject to the system database. The price for successfully booked products will not change.
• Eligibility & Compliance:
• The above policies apply only to guests from Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas countries. They are not applicable to Mainland China residents.
• If a violation of these rules is discovered at the time of entry, admission will not be granted, and no refund or amendment will be provided for the booking.
