Ticket Purchase Instructions: The price of the attraction from Dec. to Feb of the following year is the off-season price. The price of the attraction from March to Nov. of the following year is the peak-season price. If the ticket is valid from the off-season to the peak season, you need to use the ticket during the off-season date. [For example: if the selected travel date is the off-season price (February 28), and the ticket is valid from February 28 to March 3 (from off-season to peak season), you must use the ticket on the off-season price date (February 28). You can enter the park and use it normally during the subsequent peak season (March 1st to March 3rd). Otherwise, the ticket will not be available.]Instructions for entering the park:1. Please bring your original Mainland Chinese ID for verification. Otherwise, you will not be allowed to enter the park. Please go to the window in time (windows 2 and 3 at the east gate, window 4 at the south gate) if you used passport and other documents for booking or your ID fails.2. Pets are not allowed into the park.3. If you fail to enter the park due to an equipment error, please go to the window to ask for help in time.Safety Instructions:1. Free admission for children under 1.2 m. It is recommended to go to the window to purchase scenic spot insurance (3 yuan/person)2. Please do not feed the monkeys food or tease the monkeys to avoid scratches! The forest vegetation in the forest park's scenic area is lush and there are cute wild macaques.3. Please do not leave food bags outside to avoid monkeys snatching them and scratching you.4. Please contact the customer service staff as soon as possible to register for insurance if you are scratched by monkeys and provide information for the next step of vaccination.5. There are many scenic spots in the mountainous areas of Zhangjiajie. Please pay attention to the safety when walking.
