• 1. Attractions and performances may be adjusted or canceled due to weather conditions or on-site circumstances. Please refer to the on-site announcements for the latest information.
• 2. Performances such as "The Great Earthquake" at the theater may have time slot adjustments or cancellations based on weather and on-site conditions. Seating is not assigned by ticket but operates on a first-come, first-served basis until full capacity is reached. We cannot guarantee all visitors will be able to view the performance.
• Camping vehicles, pushcarts, trailers, or any wheeled transportation tools, including but not limited to bicycles, children's tricycles with children's car seats, suitcases, balance bikes, skateboards, scooters, roller skates, wheeled coolers, etc., are not allowed in the park (except for strollers and manual wheelchairs, as well as electric wheelchairs that comply with the GB/T12996-2012 national standard for electric wheelchairs with a speed of ≤15 km/h).
• About Admission
• After successful purchase, travelers can present the valid ID reserved during booking at the ticket window for ticket redemption and park entry.
• 2. If a booking includes multiple tickets, only the traveler's valid ID provided at the time of booking is required for redemption.
• 3. If there are multiple tickets in one booking, all visitors under the same booking must enter the attraction at the same time. Separate entry is currently not supported.
• About Purchase
• Can be purchased before 23:59 one day in advance.
• 2. Purchase limit: Each ID/phone number can purchase a maximum of 3 orders (20 tickets per order) within 365 days.
• 3. The attraction requires real-name registration for entry. To ensure smooth admission, please accurately fill in the personal information (adult) of one visitor including first name, last name, ID number, and mobile number when purchasing. Otherwise, entry will not be permitted.
• 4. Once purchased, the traveler information cannot be modified. We appreciate your understanding. Please double-check the information carefully when placing the order. If entry is denied due to incorrect information, the ticket purchaser will be solely responsible for the consequences.
• Other information
• 1. One adult with a ticket can bring one child under 1 meter in height or under 3 years old (meeting either condition) for free admission. The free child does not occupy a separate performance seat. Any additional children require tickets and will have their own performance seats.
• Visitors under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult visitor for park entry.

• 4. Concession ticket holders must present their valid ID to redeem the ticket upon entry. If the conditions are not met, the difference in ticket price must be paid at the standard rate for admission.
• 5. The ticket is valid for one-time entry. If you'd like to re-enter after exiting, please purchase a new ticket.
• 6. In-park dining, shopping, and other value-added services are independently operated secondary consumption items and are not included in the ticket product price. The prices, specifications, and purchase conditions of related services are subject to the real-time on-site announcements at each service point. Please confirm carefully before consumption.
• 7. For any act of reselling or using the ticket for other illegal commercial purposes by the purchaser, Songcheng Performance reserves the right to pursue legal action.
