Please collect your ticket before boarding the ship.

Ticket pickup location: (At the intersection of Zhongshan South Road and Dongmen Road; look for the red Chinese knot-shaped pillar directly opposite the crossing – there will be a purple tour guide flag there – it's approximately a 2-minute walk from the boarding point!)

Please collect your ticket within the specified time frame; the exact flight departure time is as indicated on your ticket.

• Peak hours: This project is a landmark tourist project in Shanghai. During peak hours such as holidays, it takes 30 minutes or more to queue up for boarding. The ticket check time is 15 minutes before the departure of the ship, but it is recommended to queue up earlier after exchanging tickets; The whole voyage takes about 45 minutes, and the ship departs every half an hour.
