• Tickets sold are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and/or services.
• Customers must sign a waiver before entering. Customers under the age of 18 must have their parent or legal guardian sign a consent form.
• You must wear our RYZE Grip Socks when entering the venue. The RYZE Grip Socks cost HK$30 per pair and can be used repeatedly.
• Customers must abide by Ryze Hong Kong’s admission rules, as well as the safety and usage rules of each area. Please refer to Ryze Hong Kong official website for details.
• Children under 13 years old cannot be left alone without a parent or legal guardian.
