Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking your private charter. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following policies:
• Booking & Confirmation: Full payment or a designated deposit is required to secure your private boat charter. Booking is subject to boat availability until confirmed.

• Itinerary & Flexibility: While the itinerary is fully customizable, the final route is subject to sea conditions, weather forecasts, and coast guard (Syahbandar) clearance on the day of departure. The captain reserves the right to alter the route for guest safety.

• National Park Fees: Please note that Komodo National Park Entrance Fees, Ranger Fees, and Trekking Fees are NOT included in the charter price (unless stated otherwise in a custom package). These fees must be paid in cash (IDR) directly at the park gates.

• Cancellation & Refund Policy:
• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund (minus any administrative/bank fees).

• Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours or "No Shows" are non-refundable.

• Force Majeure: In the event of extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions that prevent the boat from sailing, you will be offered an alternative date or a 100% full refund.

• Liability Waiver: Guests participate in marine activities (snorkeling, trekking, swimming) at their own risk. It is highly recommended to have valid travel insurance covering adventure activities before your trip.
