What To Expect

Cultural Extravaganza: The highlight is the "Fantasy of a Kingdom" show, featuring Thai cultural performances, acrobatics, illusions, special effects, and elephants (be aware of some controversy surrounding animal shows). Theme Park Ambiance: Explore the park grounds with various entertainment options like carnival games, a shopping village featuring Thai handicrafts, and a simulated Thai palace. Golden Kinnaree Buffet Restaurant: Enjoy a pre-show buffet with a variety of Thai and international dishes (separate ticket required).

Terms & Conditions

Admission
• Ticket is valid only on the selected date.
• For same-date visits, please purchase tickets before 8:00 PM.
• Booking must be made at least 1 day in advance.
• Rates are per person and inclusive of 7% VAT.
• Rates are applicable for ALL MARKET.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Eligibility
• Child rate applies to guests with height between 101–140 cm (40–55 inches) inclusive, regardless of age.
• Infants aged 0–4 years or with a height under 100 cm are free of charge for the ticket.
• Infants under 100 cm may attend the show free of charge but must share a seat with their parents during transfer.

Attraction Access
• Show admission is included based on the selected ticket.
• Transfer service operates according to the schedule set by Phuket FantaSea only.
• Transportation is shared (non-private) and runs according to fixed time and trip schedules.

Additional Information
• This is a shared transfer service.
• Pick-up location is available only for Phuket hotels.
• Infant may board the transfer free of charge; however, no seat will be provided.
• An infant car seat is mandatory and must be paid together with the transfer service directly at the onsite counter.

Important Information for Share Transfer
• Please be ready at the main lobby at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time and present your Name and Reservation Code to our chauffeur before boarding. As shared transfers cannot wait more than 5 minutes, please be punctual. If you are unable to locate the driver, please contact the operator at (+66) 80 078 8256
• At the pick-up time, the driver will display a signboard with “Phuket FantaSea / Carnival Magic.”
• Both attractions (Carnival Magic and Phuket FantaSea) share the same transfer service managed by Phuket FantaSea. The vans can be easily recognized by their pink and grey colors and the attraction logos displayed on the vehicles.

Important Notes
• Transfer service is mandatory for infants and will be charged at THB 450 per person (round-trip).
• Please ensure all admission and eligibility requirements above are met prior to booking and visiting.

How to Get There
• Taxi or private transfer are the most convenient ways to reach Phuket FantaSea. Some hotels offer shuttle services. Consider booking transportation in advance.
