Friendly Reminders:
1.This tour requires a minimum of 2 guests to operate. If this minimum is not met, our customer service will contact you to reschedule or issue a full refund. Please note that our company will not be held liable for any further compensation in such cases.
2.Your dedicated guide will contact you the evening before your tour to confirm your pickup location and the total number of guests (Please remember to include infants in the count, as overloading the vehicle will prevent the tour from proceeding).
3.The complimentary pickup and drop-off service is limited to the main urban areas. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange transportation for locations outside this designated zone.
4.On the day of your tour, please bring valid photo identification (ID card, Hong Kong/Macao Pass, passport, etc.) and arrive at the agreed meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Policy for Senior Travelers:
This itinerary is only available for travelers under 70 years of age. Those aged 65-69 must be accompanied by a family member under 65. All participants must be in good health and disclose any relevant medical conditions accurately. An additional liability waiver agreement is required for seniors in this age group. We regret that we are unable to accommodate travelers aged 70 or above. Thank you for your understanding.
