What To Expect
Terms & Conditions
1. If your desired date and options are unavailable for booking, Travolution Customer Support will contact you via email or phone.
2. As this is not a private session, you will be participating with people you don't know.
3. Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time. Late arrivals will not be able to attend the class.
4. If you bring your own personal makeup products, you can experience a more personalized course. (Optional)
5. If your face is made up or you usually wear colored contact lenses, the color diagnosis range may expand. For more accurate results, it's best to be bare-faced and wear clear lenses.
6. Reservations may sell out in advance. If the reservation is sold out, an email requesting a reservation change will be sent. Please confirm.
7. If the reservation time cannot be changed, the booking may be canceled.
8. Due to limited space, only 1 accompanying person is allowed in addition to the reservation holder.
9. The daily makeup and one-day Master course do not include personal color diagnosis, focusing instead on addressing customers' makeup concerns.

10. The one-day Master course takes up to 3 hours maximum, focusing mainly on practical training. Please take note.
