• Cancellation & Refund Policy:
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure for a 100% full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip, or no-shows at harbor check-in, are strictly non-refundable.
• Weather & Safety Closures: Your safety is our absolute priority. If the Indonesian Maritime Authority or our head captain deems the ocean swells too dangerous to cross or snorkel, the tour will be rescheduled. If no alternative date fits your holiday plans, a 100% refund will be issued.
• Government Retribution Fee: Please note that the local Nusa Penida environmental/tourism entry tax (Rp 25,000 per person) is to be paid in cash at the island harbor and is not included in the baseline tour price.
• Physical Health & Liability: Snorkeling requires a basic level of physical fitness. This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with severe back or neck injuries, or those with serious cardiovascular conditions. All guests must wear provided life jackets when instructed and sign a standard waiver before boarding.
