Eligibility:• Children aged 0-2 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Same price for adults and children aged 3 and above.
Other Notes:• Seat selection service not provided, please refer to the seating arrangement;
• Seats will be allocated by the system on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests who purchase tickets of the same fare at the same time will be seated together.
• Latecomers will only be seated at specific times arranged by the theater.
• Please enter at least 15 minutes before the show starts; entry is prohibited after the show begins.
• No outside food or drinks allowed;
• Prohibited items include dangerous objects that may cause disturbance or inconvenience to other visitors, such as alcohol bottles, firecrackers, and laser pointers.
• Only service animals with valid ID are allowed; other pets are not permitted.
• Intoxicated individuals may be denied entry without refund. We appreciate your understanding.
• Smoking and drinking are prohibited. If discovered by staff, you will be asked to leave immediately.
• On-site photography is allowed, but commercial shooting and live streaming are strictly prohibited.
