Lombok Private Car with English Driver

Ticket Eligibility
• This is a private transport service. The vehicle and driver are exclusively for your group — no other passengers will be merged into your booking under any circumstances.
• The stated price covers one-way transport only. Return journeys or additional trips must be booked and confirmed separately with the operator.
• Maximum capacity is 4 passengers per standard booking. Groups requiring larger vehicles should contact the operator in advance to arrange appropriate vehicle options.
• Vehicle type is allocated based on group size: Toyota Avanza (1–3 pax), Toyota Innova (4–5 pax), or Toyota Hiace (6–12 pax). Similar models may be used subject to availability.
• Advance booking is required. Accurate pickup details — including location, date, and time — must be provided at the time of booking to facilitate smooth transfer coordination.

Attraction Access
• The service covers private air-conditioned transport with an experienced local English-speaking driver for airport transfers, hotel pickups, day trips, and custom routes.
• Pickup and drop-off are available from hotels, villas, airports, and harbours across Lombok. Guests can also request custom stops along their chosen route.
• The itinerary is fully flexible. Guests may visit beaches, waterfalls, cultural villages, viewpoints, or any destinations of their choice at their own preferred pace.
• The driver can provide local recommendations for attractions, dining, and hidden gems throughout Lombok based on the group's interests during the journey.
• For routes or destinations outside the standard service area, guests must contact the operator in advance via email or WhatsApp to confirm availability and arrange pricing.

Additional Information
• All vehicles are fully air-conditioned and well-maintained. Payment is accepted by cash or card. Guests should confirm payment method with the operator at time of booking.
• Entrance fees to any attractions visited during the trip are not included in the transport fee and are payable separately by the guest at each location.
• Meals, personal expenses, and any activity costs during the journey are not included and remain the full responsibility of the guest throughout the trip.
• Guests are advised to be ready at the confirmed pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time to avoid delays to the day's schedule.
• The operator is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle. Guests are advised to check the vehicle before departure at each stop.

Important Notes
• All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. No refunds will be issued for personal cancellations, no-shows, or changes made after the booking has been confirmed.
• The operator reserves the right to substitute the vehicle with an equivalent model if the specified vehicle is unavailable due to maintenance or operational requirements.
• Routes outside the standard covered area require prior confirmation with the operator. Additional charges may apply for extended distances or special destinations.
• The operator accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the transport service or at any destinations visited during the trip.
• Travel insurance covering private ground transport and day trips in Indonesia is recommended. All guests travel and participate in activities at their own risk and discretion.
