Ticket Eligibility
• The ticket is valid only on the selected visit date at the time of purchase. Participation on any other date is not permitted under any circumstances.
• This tour is suitable for individuals, couples, families, and small groups with an interest in Lombok's cultural, historical, and religious heritage.
• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times throughout the full duration of the tour, including all site visits and activities.
• Guests must be in reasonable physical health and comfortable with moderate walking across multiple sites over the course of the full-day programme.
• Advance booking is required to facilitate hotel pickup coordination. Accurate hotel name and address must be provided at the time of booking.

Attraction Access
• The tour visits four destinations: Museum Negeri NTB (Sasak culture and artifacts), Islamic Center NTB (Lombok's largest mosque), Mayura Park (royal water palace), and Banyumulek Pottery Village.
• At Banyumulek Village, guests can watch local artisans create handmade pottery and are welcome to try making their own piece as part of the hands-on cultural experience.
• Hotel pickup and drop-off are included. The tour covers all four sites in a single full-day programme with guided commentary at each location.
• Entrance fees to all included sites are covered as part of the tour. Souvenir purchases, pottery pieces to take home, and personal expenses are not included.
• The operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary order or modify site visits due to closures, local events, or operational factors beyond their reasonable control.

Additional Information
• Guests should bring comfortable clothing and footwear for walking, a water bottle, sunscreen, and a hat for sunny weather throughout the outdoor portions of the tour.
• Modest dress is required at the Islamic Center NTB. Shoulders and knees must be covered when entering the mosque. Scarves or wraps may be provided or required at the entrance.
• Guests are expected to respect local customs and religious practices at all visited sites, particularly at the mosque and the historic Mayura royal water palace.
• Personal photography is welcome throughout the tour. The Islamic Center's architecture and Mayura Park's lotus ponds offer exceptional photography opportunities.
• The operator is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during any part of the tour, including at the pottery village and museum.

Important Notes
• All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. No refunds will be issued for personal cancellations, changes in travel plans, or no-shows on the tour date.
• The tour may be modified or cancelled due to adverse weather, site closures, or safety concerns as determined by the guide or operator on the day of the visit.
• In the event of an operator-initiated cancellation, guests will be offered rescheduling to the next available date or a full refund as applicable under the operator's policy.
• Guests must follow all instructions given by the guide throughout the tour. The operator accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage during any part of the programme.
• Travel insurance covering guided cultural tours is recommended. All guests participate in all activities entirely at their own risk and personal discretion.

How to Get There
• Hotel pickup in Lombok is included. The operator's crew will collect guests from their hotel at the confirmed pickup time and return them at the end of the tour.
• All four tour destinations are located in and around Mataram and West Lombok, making this a convenient full-day programme with minimal travel time between sites.
• Guests must provide accurate hotel name and address at booking. Correct pickup details are essential for smooth scheduling and timely departure on the day of the tour.
• Guests should be ready at their hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the confirmed pickup time to ensure a smooth and punctual start to the day's programme.
• At the conclusion of the tour, the operator's crew will return guests comfortably to their respective hotels in Lombok as part of the included return hotel transfer.
