• Children aged 0–1 years are free of charge.
• Children aged 2–11 years are charged the child rate.
• For Grand Palace, the temples in Bangkok and Bang Pa-In in Ayutthaya a dress code applies to visitors. Guests must dress appropriately. Shoulders and ankles need to be covered. No shorts, flip-flops, sandals, skinny jeans or revealing tops, otherwise people won't be allowed in.
• Guests are required to meet with our tour guide at the designated meeting point for all tours, unless mentioned otherwise. For join tours we can wait not more than 15 minutes after set meeting time
• Turning up late to the starting point of the tour for whatever reason is considered a late cancellation and will result in a loss of all payments made.
• Please inform customers that they bring copy of passport on day of the tour. We need passport details for insurance purposes
• All tours include licensed English speaking tour guide.
• Maximum capacity of the tour is 30 pax.
• Tickets are free cancellation ( if you cancel at least 48 hours before the activity starts)
• No show will be charged 100%
