• Each ticket is valid for 1 visitor only and is non-transferable.
• Minimum 4 participants required per jeep booking.
• Maximum capacity is approximately 4 persons for local guests and 3 persons for international guests (particularly European visitors).
• Participants must be in good physical and mental health at the time of the activity.
• Not recommended for: pregnant women, those with a history of heart disease or epilepsy, bone injuries or back problems, or those who are not physically fit.
• Not permitted to participate if under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Ticket includes access to all destinations along the selected route (Short or Middle package).
• Routes may be adjusted based on weather conditions and the on-site situation at the time of the activity.
• Each session has a limited number of jeep units available — early booking is recommended.
• Ticket is valid on the selected visit date only. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session start time.

• Wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. Bring a change of clothes, sunglasses, and outdoor sandals or shoes.
• Recommended items to bring: hat or head cover, sunglasses, mask or buff, and sunscreen.
• Helmet will be provided by the operator.
• All participants must attend the safety briefing and follow all driver and guide instructions throughout the activity.
• The driver-guide will assist with photo and video documentation during the trip.
• Morning or late afternoon visits are recommended to avoid excessive heat.
• Carry sufficient cash for personal needs and any optional on-site purchases.

• In cases of extreme or dangerous weather or strong coastal winds, the operator reserves the right to delay, modify, or stop the activity for safety reasons. No refund will be issued for weather-related modifications or cancellations.
• The operator reserves the right to stop the activity if a participant violates the rules or acts in a manner that endangers themselves or others.
• Negligence or failure to follow guide and driver instructions is the sole responsibility of the participant.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings is the participant's own responsibility. The operator and Traveloka are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the activity.
• The operator reserves the right to adjust routes, timeslots, and available units based on operational conditions without prior notice.
• Same pricing applies for both domestic and international guests.
