Booking & Travel Rules
- Price Per Person, Not Per Vehicle: Please note that the price listed is per person, not per ATV.
- Planning a Couple Trip (Ride Together)? Be sure to book in multiples of even numbers (2, 4, 6, 8, etc.). Couple trips require two people on one ATV.
- Book Early, Secure Your Slot: We do not accept on-site reservations. Reservations must be made at least three hours before the activity starts so we can perfectly accommodate your time slot. No last-minute stress!
- Having a Private Driver? It's easy! Simply show your official booking confirmation ticket in the app upon arrival.
Preparation & Ticket Policy
- Bring a Change of Clothes: Be prepared to get muddy, wet, and wild! Don't forget to bring a change of clothes and a towel.
- Safe Age Restrictions: This adventure is safe and fun for thrill-seekers aged 6 to 65.
- Arrive Early, Avoid Traffic: Please arrive at the location 30 minutes before your scheduled time to avoid traffic and delays.
Important Note: Your ticket is only valid for the date you booked. If you wish to reschedule, please confirm 2 hours in advance.

- Wear Appropriate Footwear: We strongly recommend wearing sneakers, running shoes, or outdoor sandals. Flip-flops or high heels are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
- Health & Fitness: Participants must be in good physical condition. This activity is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with serious heart conditions or back injuries.
- Listen to the Guide: For a safe and enjoyable experience, all riders must attend a safety briefing before riding and follow the instructor's guidance at all times on the course.

Note: Extra transport fees are payable in cash directly to your driver on the day of the activity.

• Health Restrictions: This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with severe back/heart problems, or people with serious physical disabilities.
• Insurance: Full insurance coverage is included for participants aged 5 to 65 years old, provided all safety instructions from the guide are strictly followed.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
