*Infant(0-3) should be included in headcounts. So, please bring everyone's passports including the infants' with at least 6 months or longer validity.
*Some destinations might be unavailable due to unexpected weather conditions, political situations etc. In this case, that can be changed to an alternative or visiting there can be canceled.
*If you have heart disease/leg/back/respiratory problems, you cannot enter the 3rd tunnel. It needs an intermediate level of hiking.
*Unforeseen events for rescheduling or a refund: Political situations, Extreme weather, unexpected events in the destination. It does not mean the participants' sudden sickness or rainy, snow weather.
*If you only use Line as a messaging app, please send us your Line QR Code.
*Please discuss the size & number of your luggage in advance with tour operator, if you are going to bring yours.
*Please make sure of your option & meeting point & departure time you have selected.
*The type of vehicle can be changed depending on the number of participants. / *The tour itinerary may slightly differ depending on your choice of option.
*You have to arrive at your meet-up point before departure time on your tour date, even if you haven't been contacted by your operator 1 day before your tour. This can't be a reason for a refund.
*You can do only one: Either "Gondola" or "North Korean Defector Session". You can't do both in a day.
