Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final.

No cancellation is allowed once the booking is confirmed.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to late arrival, no-show, change of plans, or weather conditions.

Minimum Booking Requirement

A minimum of 2 participants per booking is required.
•
Solo traveler bookings are subject to a 50% surcharge.
•
Schedule & Timing

Guests must arrive at the basecamp at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
•
If you are late, your tour may be rescheduled or forfeited without refund.

Participant Responsibility

Participants must be in good physical health and able to swim.
•
You are responsible for your personal belongings; the operator is not liable for lost or damaged items.
