Terms & Conditions

• Please check in at the FO counter in the terminal at least 30 minutes before departure.
• Any illegal activities or actions against local customs and norms are strictly prohibited.
• Sharp objects and fire hazards (e.g., lighters, knives, matches) are not allowed onboard.
• Outside food and drinks consumed onboard will be subject to a corkage fee based on market value.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received through an official payment method.
• No refunds for confirmed bookings, except for emergencies as per PRC Policy.
• Rescheduling is allowed once if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled Charter Cruise.
• Any unlisted matters will be handled by the operator and site management according to applicable regulations.
