What To Expect

After ascending Canton Tower via high-speed elevator to the upper observation levels, guests make their way to the Bubble Tram boarding point, where staff assist riders into the compact, fully transparent bubble gondolas that hang from the outer track circling the tower's distinctive waist at 488 metres. Once seated and secured, the tram begins its slow, smooth revolution around the full circumference of the tower — a journey that lasts approximately 15–20 minutes and covers a complete 360-degree circuit at one of the highest points accessible to the public in all of China. Through the clear bubble walls, guests enjoy unobstructed views of Guangzhou's skyline, the shimmering Pearl River below, and the expansive suburban and natural landscape stretching toward the horizon in every direction. • Operating Hours: Canton Tower is open 9:30 AM–10:30 PM, with last admission at 10:00 PM. Holiday hours may vary.
• Ticket Redemption: Present your verification code and valid ID at the West Ticket Office to redeem your ticket. All tickets in the same booking must be collected together.
• Timed Entry: Guests must enter during the selected admission time. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
• Weather & Maintenance: Outdoor attractions may be delayed or suspended due to weather or maintenance. Unused tickets may be eligible for a full refund, while redeemed tickets may qualify for a refund or extension for unused attractions. Poor visibility, rain, or fog are not valid refund reasons if attractions remain operational.
• Security Check: All guests must undergo security screening. Flammable materials, beverages, drones, kites, and other airborne objects are prohibited.
• Safety Restrictions: The Sky Drop is not suitable for guests under 1.4 m or over 1.95 m tall, over 95 kg, over 65 years old, pregnant, or with certain medical conditions. Children under 1.5 m must be accompanied by an adult. Staff may refuse participation if safety requirements are not met.
