What To Expect
Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Slot Availability
• Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to secure your workbench and materials.
• Family packages are priced based on a set number of participants (e.g., 2 Adults + 1 or 2 Children). Additional participants will be charged a per-person rate.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled class for a 100% full refund.
• Rescheduling: You can request to change your date or time slot for free up to 12 hours before the class, subject to studio availability.
• Cancellations made on the same day or failure to show up (No-Show) are non-refundable.
3. Age Limit & Safety Guidelines
• For safety reasons involving the use of specialized tools (mini-torches for soldering, hammers, and files), the minimum age for children to participate is 5 or 6 years old.
• Children under 12 years old must be fully supervised and assisted by a parent or legal guardian throughout the workshop.
4. Extra Silver & Gemstones
• The package includes a standard allocation of silver (1- 5 grams per person). If your design requires extra silver or if you wish to add semi-precious gemstones, an additional fee will apply based on the weight and type chosen at the studio.
