What To Expect
Terms & Conditions
• Tickets are only valid on the selected date.
• If there is a private event that is closed to the public, ticket and remaining play time can be resumed when the public play session reopens. Before visiting, please confirm the available public play session slots.
• During cleaning session at 13.00-14.00, the entire playground area will be vacated for cleaning and disinfecting. Visitors can resume the remaining play time after cleaning is completed.
• Tickets purchased cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
• Transfer of tickets to other visitors (other than the registered names when purchasing the tickets) should notify Buumi Playscape Customer Service beforehand.
• Buumi Playscape playground equipment and facilities cater for children aged 6 months to 12 years.
• Every child must be accompanied by an adult of at least 18 years old.
• Every visitor is required to wear anti-slip socks while in the playground area.
• Maintain health protocols while visiting Buumi Playscape area.
• Operating hours: Monday & Thursday: 10.00-20.00 Tuesday-Wednesday & Friday-Sunday: 10.00-21.00
