1. Passengers must present their original ID/passport for check-in before boarding.
2. The flight route remains unchanged, and the flight time is only an approximate value, which may vary depending on the helicopter type, passenger quantity, and/or weather conditions.
3. Passengers must undergo security screening before entering the flight area and are prohibited from carrying prohibited items, including but not limited to controlled knives, lithium batteries, power banks, e-cigarettes, lighters, and liquids.
Passengers with cardiovascular/cerebrovascular diseases, mental disorders, severe vestibular dysfunction, or those under the influence of alcohol/drugs are prohibited from boarding. The company assumes no liability if passengers conceal medical conditions that lead to in-flight medical incidents. Pregnant women are not permitted to fly. Children aged 4 and above must be accompanied by an adult guardian who is responsible for supervision; guardians will bear full responsibility for any safety incidents caused by unattended children.
5. Passengers must follow the instructions of our staff throughout the entire flight. At no time may they interfere with the pilot's operation, assault, threaten, intimidate, or obstruct the pilot, or touch the aircraft's control system or other equipment switches without authorization. If feeling unwell during the flight, please inform the pilot promptly.
6. After returning to the landing area, passengers should follow staff instructions to exit the apron in an orderly manner and must not linger in the hangar or flight zone without authorization.
7. Our company operates flights according to the pre-announced routes and schedules, and passengers should not arbitrarily request changes. Passengers must arrive on time for check-in and security screening. We are not responsible for any flight delays or cancellations caused by passenger tardiness.
8. According to aircraft weight and balance requirements, our company reserves the right to assign or adjust passenger seats, and passengers must comply. Passengers with special body types must be weighed before boarding.
9. All passengers must wear life-saving equipment when flying over water away from the shore.
10. In case of force majeure such as severe weather, air traffic control, or government actions, our company reserves the right to delay departure or cancel the flight. For cancellations caused by these circumstances, we will provide a full refund or reschedule your flight, but we will not be liable for any additional losses incurred.
