• Early check-in and late check-out will be given based on availability (No guarantee will be granted at any conditions)
• All times given are based on Batam’s local time
Travel Document• It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has a valid international passport with minimum six months validity from the date of departure. Relevant visa and vaccinations may be required.
• We are not liable for any visa application, do ensure enough time is given for the application of visa prior to departure. Please note that the issuance of visa is subject to approval by the respective embassies.

• Booking must be reserved with a valid 6months passport
• Amendment is subject to THK TOUR AND TRAVEL PTE LTD approval and policies
• Reservation should be reserve with THK at least 72 Hours (3days) before the guest’s arrival date (Including Weekend, peak period and Singapore public holidays)
• Reservation during Normal Season should be reserve with THK at least 48hours (2days) before the guest’s arrival date.
