1. Booking & Payment
• Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity date.

• Full payment or a confirmed voucher is required before the tour commences.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled slot for a 100% full refund.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours, or failure to arrive (No-Show), will be charged in full (non-refundable).

• Force Majeure (Weather): If river water levels are deemed unsafe by our safety team due to heavy rain, the activity will be rescheduled or fully refunded.

3. Age & Physical Restrictions
• This activity is suitable for beginners, but not recommended for pregnant women, seniors, or guests with serious medical conditions (e.g., heart disorders, epilepsy, or severe back/neck injuries).

• The allowable age limit for participants is 5 to 65 years old. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Participant Responsibilities
• Participants must strictly follow the safety briefings and instructions given by the guides at all times.

• Guests are advised to bring a change of clothes, a towel, swimwear/shorts, and sunscreen.

• The management is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings (e.g., phones, cameras, jewelry) brought onto the river. Using a secure waterproof pouch is highly recommended.
