What To Expect
Syarat & Ketentuan
• The ticket is valid only on the selected dates
• Price is applicable for individuals aged 5 years and above.
• Service is not available during the Idul Fitri and New Year's periods.
• Pickup from the airport is based on the valid flight number in the booking. Waiting time is 1 hour from the domestic flight landing time and 1.5 hours for international flights.
• Any changes to the initial flight number in the booking will incur an additional fee of Rp.50,000.
• Passengers must adhere to the maximum passenger and baggage capacity as specified during booking.
• Excess baggage beyond a capacity of 2 will be charged Rp.50,000, exceeding 2 will incur a fee of Rp.100,000. If excess baggage capacity exceeds the vehicle's limit, the supplier reserves the right to cancel the reservation with no refund.
• Excess passenger capacity per head is charged Rp.50,000.
• Allowed baggage and passenger capacity: MPV Unit: 5 passengers and 5 pieces of baggage. (Excess baggage and passenger capacity must be documented.)
• Booking for airport transfer includes only pickup and drop-off points. Stops are allowed only for restroom breaks and prayers.
• Additional stops other than the specified ones will incur an additional fee of Rp.50,000 at one stopping location. (Payment directly to the driver.)
• Any changes in pickup/drop-off locations not aligned with the booking will incur an additional fee. Passengers can confirm the additional fee amount with the GSP operator at +6281390238927.
• Pickup after 18:00 due to flight delays will incur a fee of Rp.25,000 (night charge). Payment is made directly to the driver.
• During the journey, a cleaning fee of Rp.150,000 will be charged if passengers vomit or smoke.
• Rescheduling allowed 1 days before the pick-up date and subject to the availability of the supplier's units.
• In case the customer can't be contacted by admin and still hasn't show after waiting time, ticket will be noted as no show. No reschedule and cancelation allowed.
