Please check our area coverage below:</div><div><br></div><div>🟢 Complimentary Area: Free pickup and drop-off for the Ubud area.</div><div><br></div><div>🟡 Zone 1 (IDR 200,000 / car): Seminyak, Sanur, Kuta, and Canggu.</div><div><br></div><div>🟠 Zone 2 (IDR 350,000 / car): Uluwatu, Jimbaran, and Karangasem.</div><div><br></div><div>Note: Extra transport fees are payable in cash directly to your driver on the day of the activity.</div>
Syarat & Ketentuan

1. Age & Health Restrictions

  • Participants must be between 6 and 65 years old to join the rafting activity.

  • This activity is strictly not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with severe back or neck issues, those with mobility impairments, or anyone with serious heart conditions.

2. Booking & Schedule Inquiries

  • Standard morning trips typically run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and afternoon trips from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Please ensure your hotel pickup time is re-confirmed prior to departure to avoid scheduling confusion.

  • Bookings must be made in advance, and a minimum of 2 participants is generally required to confirm a slot.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time qualify for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity, or failing to show up at the designated pickup/start time (No Show), are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

4. Safety & Insurance Coverage

  • Your package includes personal accident insurance covered directly by the operator. Please note that this insurance covers physical injuries sustained during the rafting activity but does not extend to personal properties, electronics, water-damaged smartphones, or lost jewelry.
