• There will be a total of 2 Aqualuna boats - Red Sail and Orange Sail - that will pick guests up at random. This package will have 2 boats operating at the same time, please pay attention to the selected pier when purchasing, if you go to the wrong pier, no refund will be given.

• Arrive at the redemption location 15 minutes before the scheduled activity time.

• It takes approx. 10-15 minutes to walk along the piers depending on where you are arriving from. Allow plenty of time to arrive at the pier.
