Terms & Conditions

1. Age & Health Requirements

  • Participants must be between the ages of 7 and 65 years old.

  • For safety reasons, this activity is strictly prohibited for pregnant women, individuals with recent surgeries, chronic back or neck injuries, or severe heart conditions.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip time will qualify for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity, or failing to arrive on time (No Show), will be charged 100% of the total booking price.

3. Weather & Safety Discretion

  • Rafting operates rain or shine. However, if water levels become dangerously high due to extreme upstream weather, Angkasa Semara reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel the trip. If canceled by the operator for safety reasons, a full refund will be issued.

4. Insurance Coverage

  • Every ticket includes personal accident insurance covered by the operator. Please note that this insurance covers physical injuries sustained during the activity, but does not extend to personal property (e.g., water-damaged phones, lost cameras, or jewelry).
