1. Minors aged 12 and above must book the same package as adults.
2. Please dress appropriately and avoid overly casual attire (such as flip-flops, sandals, tank tops, shorts, strapless tops, miniskirts, etc.). Note that French and Western restaurants have extremely strict dress codes: male guests must wear collared shirts or jackets on the upper body and long pants (jeans are prohibited) with socks on the lower body.
3. Please arrive on time. If you're more than 15 minutes late, the merchant may cancel your booking without refund. If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, the merchant may not allow you to enter early.
4. If guests fail to provide accurate reservation information (including but not limited to discrepancies between the number of reserved guests and actual attendees, or failure to disclose the number and ages of minors) or violate Japanese dining etiquette (including but not limited to making loud noises, playing, smoking, excessive drinking, live streaming, or engaging in other activities that may disturb other diners), all resulting losses and consequences shall be borne by the guests themselves.
