1. Minors aged 12 and above must book the same package as adults when visiting.
2. Please dress appropriately and avoid overly casual attire (such as flip-flops, sandals, tank tops, shorts, strapless tops, miniskirts, etc.). Note that French and Western restaurants have extremely strict dress codes: male guests must wear a collared shirt or jacket on the upper body and long pants (jeans are prohibited) with socks on the lower body.
3. Please arrive at the supplier on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be canceled by the supplier with no refund. If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, the supplier may refuse early entry.
4. If guests fail to provide accurate reservation information (including but not limited to discrepancies between the reserved and actual number of guests, or failure to disclose the number and ages of minors) or violate Japanese dining etiquette (including but not limited to making loud noises, roughhousing, smoking, excessive drinking, live internet streaming, or engaging in other activities that may disturb other diners), all resulting losses and consequences shall be borne solely by the guests themselves.
