What To Expect
With a history of more than 400 years, Kumamoto Castle is one of the three famous castles in Japan. Covering an area of 5.3km, there are many buildings that are designated as key cultural relics by the state. The earthquake in 2016 was severely damaged, and the restoration project is making every effort to restore the majestic and heroic appearance before the earthquake. Visiting the restoration project of the ancient city is also a rare experience. Please come and visit.

Please refrain from eating or drinking in the vehicle. Compensation will be required for any stains caused.
In case of special weather conditions, the decision to cancel the trip will be made one day before departure.
The day tour itinerary does not include personal travel or personal accident insurance. If you have such a request, please purchase it on your own.
During Japanese holidays, traffic congestion may occur, and refunds due to traffic jams are not available. Please consider carefully before booking.
The actual vehicle arrangement on the day will be adjusted based on the number of participants. When there are fewer people, the driver will also serve as the guide.
To reach the volcano crater, you need to take the official shuttle bus. The shuttle fee is complimentary and non-refundable
Infants under 3 joining regular tours require a liability waiver and are free without a seat (must be held by a parent)
The opening of the crater is subject to official notice. If Mount Aso is closed, the itinerary will be changed to a visit to Kusasenri.
Package does not include admission ticket to the castle tower. If visiting is desired, an additional fee of 800 JPY per person applies.
Mount Aso volcano is currently closed due to the helicopter incident, so we will visit Kusasenri instead.
